Our policies on refunds and project cancellations.
Cancellation of any turnkey or EPC project must be communicated in writing. Penalties and deductions will be applicable based on the stage of the project and the initial contractual agreement.
Since our services are primarily B2B and involve significant upfront procurement and mobilization, refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the terms defined in the individual project contracts. Advance payments may be partially non-refundable to cover mobilization costs.
